The building has participated in the EPA’s Energy Star Program since 2007, and in 2015 received Gold certification under the U.S. Procopio Tower was completed in 1969, renovated in 1998, and refreshed in 2018.
The building also houses various retail businesses, including a bank, pharmacy, and more.
The office building consists of 447,159 square feet of office space with both private basement parking and a 6-level, above-grade parking garage accessible to the public. Procopio Tower is a 22-story, world class office tower encompassing the blocks of 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue between B Street and C Street in the heart of downtown San Diego.
